Hello, First of all we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We received the order on 20th Oct evening and dispatched it the very next day with tracking details shared. Seems the order got delivered much later due to heavy festive load on logistics companies. This being no reason, we have taken this up with the logistics partner and are taking every effort to ensure this does not get repeated.
